Salary Structure & Benefits

E-3 Grade will be placed at the minimum basic pay of Rs. 60,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-180,000 (IDA).
DA, HRA, medical benefits, leave encashment, provident fund, and pension facilities as per THDC rules.

Selection Process

Shortlisting may depend on qualifications and post-qualification experience.
The screening test (if held) will be qualifying in nature:
- 50% qualifying marks for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL)
- 40% for SC/ST/PwBD (where applicable)
Only candidates who qualify in the screening test will be shortlisted for interview, based on their test marks and a ratio fixed by management.
The screening test is for elimination only and carries no weightage in the final merit.
Final selection will be based solely on marks obtained in the personal interview.
