Eligibility Criteria
- Head – Product, Investment & Research:
- The candidate should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree issued by a government-recognized university/institution/college of repute.
- Zonal Head (Retail): Applicants should possess a graduation degree from a recognised government university or institution.
- Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from a recognized University or Institution.
- CFP, CFA, NISM Series V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM Series 21-A certification.
- Regional Head: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or Institution approved by the Government.
- Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from a recognized University or Institution.
- Certified professionals with CFP, CFA, NISM Series V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM Series 21-A qualifications.
- Relationship Manager–Team Lead: Candidates should have a graduation degree from a government-recognized university or institution.
- Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from recognized University or Institution
- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM Series V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM Series 21-A are required.
- Investment Specialist (IS): Candidates should possess a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science from a recognised university or college.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, Research Analyst Certificate, or NISM Series 21-A.
- Investment Officer (IO): Candidates must have a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science from a recognised university or college.
- Desirable qualifications include CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, Research Analyst Certification, or NISM Series 21-A certification.
- Project Development Manager (Business): Candidates should hold an MBA or PGDM degree from a recognised university or institution.
- Central Research Team (CRT) Support: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/ Management/Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.
- Preferred: Post Graduation in Commerce/Finance/Economics/ Management/Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution will be preferred.

Selection Process
The selection process includes shortlisting, one or more rounds of personal/telephonic/video interviews, and CTC negotiation.
- Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview. The shortlisting committee of the bank will decide the parameters and the number of candidates to be called. The decision will be final.
- Interview: will carry 100 marks, and the qualifying criteria will be determined by the Bank.
- CTC Negotiation: Can be done individually either during or after the interview.
- Merit List: Prepared based on interview scores only. In the case of a tie of scores at the cut-off, older candidates will be ranked higher.
