Eligibility Criteria
- JTTI: B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry or a relevant Technical Diploma/ITI (see notification for details).
- Stenographer Grade-II: 12th pass with dictation speed of 80 wpm and transcription of 50 mins in English or 65 mins in Hindi on computer.
- LDC: 12th pass, with a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on a computer.
- MTS: 10th pass; relevant work experience preferred.
- Washerman/Dhobi: 10th pass with excellent knowledge of washing and ironing clothes.
- Posting Location: 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad (Telangana) and EME Records, Secunderabad.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Training Period
- Total Duration: 4 years (3 years of academic training + 1 year of military training)
- Training Location: Cadet Training Wings (CTWs) of the Indian Army.
Salary
- During training: ₹56,100/- per month (as per 7th Pay Commission)
- On Commission as a lieutenant:
- Level 10 Pay Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹177,500 + allowances.
- Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500 per month.
